ALL ABOUT BUDDHA

What We Believe

Who is Buddha

Buddha, also known as Siddhartha Gautama, was born in Lumbini, Nepal. Was an ancient Indian philosopher and spiritual leader who lived around the 5th century BCE. He is considered the founder of Buddhism, one of the major world religions.

Enlightenment

After years of practicing meditation and asceticism, Buddha finally achieved enlightenment under a Bodhi tree in Bodh Gaya, India. He spent the rest of his life teaching others about his insights and principles, which became the foundation of Buddhism.

Buddha Teaching

Buddha’s teachings have had a profound impact on the world, influencing not only religion but also philosophy, psychology, and many other fields. His ideas have been translated into numerous languages and continue to inspire millions of people around the globe.
